Tech Spring specializes in the manufacture of Wave Springs, such as Compression Wave Spring, Single Turn Wave Spring and Nested Wave Spring (two or more turns wave spring). Wave Compression Spring features its round wave; the form is restocked in series, peak-to-peak and suitable for installing the occasion low-medium spring rates and large deflections with low-medium forces. It can replace helical round wire compression springs. Compression Wave Springs can develop similar forces, occupy a half or less the axial space, and are able to save the space and get the same force even under the strict space constraints. Nested Wave Springs can support high loads with a small installation space and can replace Disc Springs in many applications Wave Springs are widely applied to bearing pre-load, face seal, floating gear, pressure relive valve, quick disconnect, sprinkler valve, low voltage connector, high speed pump, slip clutch, bayonet connect, motor, textile machinery, car, etc. If you need special sizes, our experienced engineers are able to design (Reference design center) the one that is right for your application.
