Tech Spring Industry Company was founded in 1987 and is a standard OEM and ODM of high-precision coil and leaf springs and other pressed components. The company serves a growing base of clients in the plastics, stamping, leaf spring and coil spring industries. TSI began by supplying coil springs, wire forming and continuously-stamped boards. In 2005 the company expanded into high-precision plastics production in response to recent growing demand from the 3C industry. At the same time we also added operations in dies and plastic extrusion.

Constant Force Springs offer high force output with very small space requirements, provide long linear reach with minimal force build up, and store power indefinitely when extended. As LCDs, retractors, staple guns, fans, window curtains and other applications.

Features:

The Constant Force Spring will provide a smooth, even, uniform load through its entire length or travel (deflection). Travel (extension, deflection) is limited only by the length of material in the spring. Load is a function of material width, thickness and coil diameter. Increased loads can be obtained by using two or more Constant Force Springs interwound or in tandem or in other configurations.
